I was a little afraid of the ground but he had been waltzing around the place at home with his chest out recently so I had to run him! He's better on good ground though and won't go on winter ground. He is seven but was a very free and highly strung horse and took time. I've learned how to train him and Declan (Queally) has learned how to ride him and rides him at his own pace. Penalties - Winner of an I.N.H. flat race or a National Hunt flat race 7lb extra; Of two such races 10lb extra
Riders - Qualified under I.N.H.S. Rules. Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii) (up to and including 28th September) may also ride in this race.
