An excellent second in the Jack Richards Novices' Limited Handicap Chase at Cheltenham last month, a trip to Punchestown could now be on the agenda for Anyway.

Returned a 125/1 chance, the Ken Budds-trained seven-year-old beat all bar Caldwell Potter at Prestbury Park.

Still yet to win over fences, the Kenny Haughney and Kieran Byrne-owned bay will surely right that wrong before too long.

"He's grand. He ran a cracker at Cheltenham, he was some price and we were very happy with him. It was an experience and everything went well," Budds reflected.

"He is entered in the three-mile Grade 1 novice at Punchestown. I don't know if he'll go there or not. He'll be entered in the three-mile novice handicap there as well.

"We could have entered in him the Irish National, but there is always next year for that.

"He will probably tip away for the summer. We just got lucky that the ground was nice at Cheltenham, if it had come up soft, he wouldn't have performed as well.

"Davy (Russell) looks after the horses for the owners and he'll come up with a plan.

"Hopefully he'll progress. The form of some of his races has worked out unreal. He was a head behind the horse (Captain Cody) that won the Scottish National at Leopardstown over Christmas.

"Then The Other Mozzie, who finished behind him at Cheltenham, won at Ayr too."
