Shane Foley has a busy few days ahead, with trips to the UK and the US on his agenda.

The Co. Kilkenny native registered a brace at Galway on Tuesday and he'll ride Carl Spackler in the feature at Goodwood this afternoon, the Visit Qatar Sussex Stakes.

The multiple Group 1 winning rider will again be in action at the Chichester venue on Thursday, partnering Best Adventure in the Coral Kincsem Handicap, before heading to the US for the Saratoga Derby on Saturday.

The 37-year-old will be aboard Hotazhell for his boss Jessica Harrington in this extended mile and a furlong heat, and gave an update on the well-being of the colt at Galway on Tuesday.

"He is in good shape. We are doing a rain dance, but there has been a good bit of rain on Sunday and Monday and it's dry today," Foley revealed.

"The more rain that comes, the more he'll figure."

There will be further Irish representation in this Grade 1 contest, with Adrian Murray's Tiberius Thunder also set to take part, with Frankie Dettori booked for the ride.
