His brother Jarlath’s Lyrical Attraction headed the betting but it was Peter Fahey’s Hamley (8/1) that came to the fore to land the Holden Plant Rentals Handicap at Leopardstown.

Lyrical Attraction had to settle for fourth, whilst up front the Dylan Browne McMonagle-ridden Hamley just got the better of Estepona Sun by a head.

The pair drew five lengths clear of third home, Clifftop and on behalf of his brother Jarlath Fahey said: “She has plenty of good form in the book and came back to herself today on that good surface.

“Dylan said she travelled well and did everything well for him. Luckily enough she just stuck her head out enough to keep in front at the line.

“She's done it well today back on her favoured ground.”
