Cork Fri, 24th Jul, 2026  El Fontenaro she has always threatened to win a race and has finally got it. This is great as getting a winning bracket for a mare is all important and she has been running a bit better this year, and is in a positive frame of mind. She initially struggled with her (higher) rating but hopefully she’ll get confidence from this. The lads (Park Hill Racing) have been lucky owners and anything they get involved in seems to do a job. They get great pleasure from it and hopefully we’ll find something similar again next.
