Nina gets well-backed Boy home in style

Arabella Boy travelled well all the way and he'll go for the Cross Country Chase, on the Tuesday, at Cheltenham next. This is his track and he'll be back here at the Festival for the La Touche.

I think we'll go for the four-miler at Cheltenham. A bit of nicer ground there would be up his alley. After that win his confidence should be up a bit. He slowed to pop the last but he's a safe old leaper. The lorry is going (to Cheltenham) so he might as well be on it.
E Bolger
That was good considering the mistake. I thought it would stop him in his tracks but he picked up again,. I have to bear in mind he's only four and try not to overdo it with him. I'll see how is is after this and whether to go for another one. He'll tell us. He loves soft ground and slushed through it. He was finishing strongly. He's won a point-to-point and jumps fences.
E Bolger
He is a nice little horse. He is an obvious chaser but he's a bit young for fences (has won a point-to-point) and he'll wait until next season for that. Having her ladyship on board is a bonus! I was cocky yesterday but I was the most cowardly man in Wexford today. The first horse I ever trained was for the owner (Andrew Berry) in the early eighties. He is a great patron of the yard.
