Soohaad powers home in opener
Soohaad got into top gear inside the final furlong to land the spoils in the opening maiden at Gowran Park. Thu 12th Apr
that's my first winner in over nine years! I used to have a good horse called Right Job who won eight races and I've two horses in training now. He is a lovely horse and we took a chance that the five furlongs might suit him. Being by Choisir, the ground was suitable for him and he has a good attitude - coming up here from Waterford wasn't a bother on him.
