He's a great old horse and that's his seventh win now,. He won everything from a bumper to a mile and is very versatile. I would say the ground helped today. He won't try hurdling again. We'll keep him to the Flat. I've only had a few runnners so far but hopefully now there will be more coming out and I'm hoping this is a good omen.
David Marnane
He'll probably go back for a handicap now. He might show up in Listowel as he ran well there last year,. He's very consistent. Leigh gave him a great ride. He's a very good young lad and he settled well for him today. He might look for something over a mile-and-a-half a he could try Dundalk again.
David Marnane
David came up for the one ride and he was fantastic on him. I wanted a National Hunt jockey on him as I didn't want him carrying dead lead. He could go to Killarney now for a similar race and he has the option of trying jumps again too.
David Marnane
that's my 19th winner of the year (16 on the Flat and three over jumps) and this is my third horse to win three races. We'll see what the handicapper does with him now before making plans.
David Marnane
