Stokes & Doyle land Wexford opener
Runner-up on debut at Clonmel in May, Miss Maxfort (16/1) landed the Racing TV 4-y-o Maiden Hurdle under David Doyle. Mon 28th Oct
After race at Wexford Mon, 28th Oct, 2024 (1st)
She was just very green and jumping up into the air a small bit at Clonmel. She was still green enough today and when we got competitive turning out of the back, she really latched on. I was getting there a bit sooner than I wanted, but she was kind of taking me there and I had no real choice in the matter. In fairness, when she hit the front she galloped right to the line and wasn't that green.
