Foley makes it up to Condon
Having just denied one of Ken Condon's in the previous event Shane Foley teamed up with the Kildare trainer to take the last with Montebell. Fri 11th May
She's very lazy in the morning and obviously saves her best for the track,. We gave her plenty of time and she was a bit keen and fresh early on today. I'd expect her to improve from that. We'll look for a stakes race next but I'm not sure where.

This is always a nice maiden and there were some beautifully bred fillies in the race,. Her dam was Group placed and she ran a lovely race at Navan. On that basis she was entitled to be favourite and I was very happy that she turned up and did it. Last year she was very immature and we did nothing with her. The owners were very patient. She'll go for a stakes race next.
