I'd say probably the trip around somewhere like here suits him,. He'll have a run in a handicap somewhere now. He'd been going well for us before and I ran him quick, back in a Flat race, and I don't know what it was but he turned off and it took a while to get him back going again. We had to give him a break and he's come back now. The owners (Cattle On The Road Syndicate) are neighbours of mine and it's great to come and get a win here as this place is fantastic. They deserve every credit you could possibly give to them.

It's relief more than anything as I did exactly the opposite from what I said on Thursday when I was talking about giving him a chance after that run,. He came out of the race very well and hasn't left a nut. We jogged him up yesterday and this morning and he was as good as gold. He handles that ground very well. We're delighted. He's a very reliable horse and they'll have great fun with him. We'll definitely give him a few weeks off now and see what the handicapper does. He's a nice big horse.
K J Condon
He'll give his owners plenty of fun but won't run on fast ground,. further
