That's Conor's first winner in Ballinrobe so it's special for him. He's a fantastic rider . the way he dictated the pace. She can go on until August the 8th (she is in foal to Zebedee). She'll probably finish up in the mares hurdle on the last day of Galway.
Patrick Martin
This is a lucky track for us here. We were putting her win at Bellewstown down to the testing ground but she did it really well today. We have around two and a half to three weeks left with her (before she has to stop racing due to her pregnancy) and we will try and find another race for her. She is very well rated on the flat and she might have a run on the level. She jumped fantastic and Mikey gave her a great ride.
Patrick Martin
That was a masterful ride by Andrew. It was as good a ride he has ever done for me. He decided to make all but I was doubtful. She is in foal to Zebedee and she has about another month to go.
Patrick Martin
Danny really gets on well with her and we knew she had it won 100 yards from the finish as she battles well. We put cheek pieces on her today because we were dropping her back in trip, I don't really know how much of a difference they really made. We've a couple of entries over the weekend and we'll surely use one of them. She's in a mile and half race in Leopardstown on Monday that might just suit her.
Patrick Martin
It was nerve wracking to watch. I was worried she wouldn't handle the track as she likes to take her time,. The chap on board gets on well with her and the secret is giving her a bit of daylight. That's her job done for the year. She stays well and likes the ground. I wish I had more that went on it.
Patrick Martin
