He is a good tough horse. Brian said if anything he got there too soon, when the other lad came to him he went on again, he had a good bit left. He has been running well on the Flat and I thought he ran a great race in the GPT. He was only beaten six lengths there and got murdered down the hill. He was probably well-in, and I'd say he will go for a handicap hurdle now at Listowel. He is an improving horse and is a lot stronger and moving a lot better this year. There is plenty of options with him. He is entered in the Flat on Saturday night and he might turn out again. He wasn't over exerted there. We will have a look at him in the morning and we'll see how he is.

He was unlucky the last day, and the track really suited him today. He really got into his stride in the straight. He's a dual purpose horse and I'm delighted for the syndicate to come up here to Leopardstown and win a nice race. They are all from around my area, and really enjoy it. Hopefully he will have that ground now for the summer, and he could win a nice race over hurdles.
Eoin Doyle
I was wondering would I get any winner here, but it was great to win because the horses have been under the weather for the last few weeks. This fella just seemed to come right at the right time, I thought he was unlucky on Thursday night. Paul said he travelled everywhere and he jumped great. It was his first run in a handicap and in fairness it was a good performance to do that around here. He is a good tough horse, and he is improving with time. He will probably go to Listowel now, and I still think there is a two mile maiden on the flat in him. He got the job done today and that’ll keep the lads (owners the South East Racing Club) happy.
Eoin Doyle
