After race at Tramore Sun, 17th Aug, 2025 (1st)  We thought he might win this race last year. He was just unlucky that day, he made a bad mistake and gave young Paddy Hanlon no chance. It was just one of those things. He is probably getting older and is probably not as quick as he once was. Today, everything was happening too quick. I knew if he could get in among them that all he was going to do was come home. I was afraid they might get away from him. Once he started passing one or two coming up the hill he got competitive. I knew before turning in that he was going to come home, I was kind of hopeful enough. 2m6f is probably his minimum, he probably wants at least three miles. He loves good ground. He is a right horse and has been a right servant. If you had a yard full of him, you'd be flying. The ground was very watered the last day at Wexford, and I don't think he was enjoying jumping on the loose ground. He jumped better today but he's just not the quickest to jump anyway. He is safe but he bumped into one the last day for sure. It's a grand pot to win and he won here at the festival last year as well. We've no plan for him and we'll mix it between hurdles and fences over three miles. R P Cody

After race at Tramore Fri, 16th Aug, 2024 (1st)  He is around forever and that's his third win. He got an injury running around here and when he came back he wasn't right for a long time, but he is in a right vein of form now. He isn't winning big races but it's great for his owners. . If he comes back and eats up, he'll probably run again on Sunday (over fences). Paddy Hanlon was suspended today, so we got Donagh instead and you couldn't get better. Paddy gets on very well with him and he'll probably be disappointed today, but he'll ride him on Sunday. . My nephew Paddy had a winner earlier for Kieran Purcell and I'm delighted for them.  R P Cody

After race at Downpatrick Sat, 15th Jun, 2024 (1st)  To be honest, it was a low-grade beginners' for horses rated 102 or less. It wasn't a strong race. I thought he would have needed his last run, he had a good blow. I thought if he came on from that, he would be very competitive today. Delighted he won and I'm delighted for Paddy Hanlon as I thought he gave him a great ride. He's only starting out, but he's a cool rider and horses run for him. I'm delighted for the owners - my nephew (Raymond Micheal Cody) is involved with Pat (Tennyson) and Noel (Morrissey). He is what he is but he's a fun horse. Summer tracks and he can mix it between hurdles (and fences). R P Cody
