Punchestown today drew the huge crowd of 25,186 but it was down in comparison with the corresponding day in 2010 when 28,664 were in attendance. This represents a fall of 12 per cent.

Meanwhile the Tote aggregate this year was €897,967 as opposed to €1,130,486 in 2010. That represents a drop of just over 20 per cent.
