Quotes on Workahead (IRE)
I’m delighted with that and I hoped he might do that. He’s a class horse and it’s lovely to see him back to form. He was really attacking his fences and when Darragh’s on board, they generally don’t have an option! He said he jumped brilliantly and Darragh was brilliant on him. It’s lovely for the Moloneys. We wanted to just see how he’d take to fences, obviously we’re delighted with that and now we can go home and make a plan. There is a race in Roscommon so whether we have one go at that or not I don’t know. You’d like to get a break into him as well but we might go once more. We’ll see what everyone wants to do.

He’d a nice run the first day and he’s improved from it, . He probably doesn’t kill himself at home. He’s a big baby and has improved from a nice first run. He didn’t seem to mind the ground and we’ll dream on. We’ll have a chat and make a plan.

Quotes on Reiki Revolution (IRE)
He won well. It was a messy sort of a race, he was settling grand but it just got a bit messy and he went on with him,. He did everything right, it wasn’t much of a race but it was great to win with him. He jumped well, he got in tight to one or two but on the whole you’d be happy enough. I’m hoping the handicapper doesn’t do a whole lot to him, I don’t think he should off the back of that race. He’s quite keen in his races, he thinks he’s quicker than he is. I know he has run over further but he didn’t win. You’d just like to see him doing things right. I don’t know how he’s going to handle slower, winter, ground. It’s grand that he’s won a race.

Quotes on Scalpnagoon (IRE)
I was a bit worried about the ground, but it was a good performance. He showed a good attitude and is a nice horse. He’s a big strong horse that will jump a fence in time. He’s qualified now for the final of this series at Punchestown and knowing me, he’ll probably run again before then. Michael (Hanrahan, owner) is lucky and anything he sends to us seems to win: you can’t beat a bit of luck.

Quotes on Talk In The Park (IRE)
A good run the last day and I suppose he deserved to be the price he was. . Loads of experience and I'd say when he came to us his work had been nice. I really fancied him the first day he ran and he ran terribly and was beaten 50 lengths on very heavy ground. . His best runs have been on this surface and I presume that's what he likes - he was second the last day in Ballinrobe on good ground. . I'd say the key to him probably nice ground so we will keep him going now for the summer, the fact that he is handling it well. . He had a couple of real good runs with Mags (Mullins) and a real good run behind Harvard Guy in Navan one day. I spoke to Mags the other day and she thought the same that a nicer surface just helps him. . He stays well and probably wants a trip, I'd say three miles is right up his alley. Today was even sharp enough for him - it didn't look plain sailing and I was getting nervous, but he won really well in the end. . He'll be good fun for the summer and he might go to Galway.

Quotes on Wild Bill Hickok (IRE)
He was a horse that we knew as a young horse and we kept an eye on him. When he came up for sale we were in the mix for him. The owner (Patrick Sheanon) has backed me this year and it’s a pleasing result for him and a lovely start. I’m delighted. He was impressive and he couldn’t pull him up. We’re not getting carried away with that race as it fell away a bit, but he’s a nice prospect going forward. We bought him with the idea of going four-year-old chasing, that he would get the allowances. It’s starting to work out for us now. We had him as a young horse for Coolmore and Gerry Aherne had recommended him back to me, and that’s the way it worked out.

Quotes on Jolie Jewel (FR)
She had been highly strung but is calming down. She was very calm in the parade ring for her two previous runs, when she ran no race, and was calm again today, so I worried. Like always in order to get her settled, we dropped her in and they probably stopped in front. Sometimes when the pack goes no gallop, you can get lost out of her ground but other times you can come home looking like Arazi!. she had been awfully consistent all through the summer but paid the price for that consistency in that she stayed high in the handicap, although had come down a couple of pounds today. Thurles has the tightest ground you'll find at this time of year and it suits. We'll go to Leopardstown now at Christmas as her owner loves to have a runner there.
