Formscan - KILWAUGHTER shaped as though stepping up to 3m would suit when he kept on well to win gamely over an extended 2m4f at Newbury in February. Although he could only manage fourth when trying this distance for the first time at Haydock, it wasn't a bad effort and it came at the end of the season. Connections appear to have found him a good opening and, on the back of his summer break, he's worth another chance. Libre De Choeur won over C&D two starts ago and is another to note on his return, while Saint Palais can also get involved.
