Naas Sun, 11th Oct, 2026  Diamonds And Dames She was very good. She’s a nice filly, she’s grown a lot,. Shane was a little bit worried about the ground, because he says it’s tacky. She was lucky, she was drawn one and she got on the new bit of ground. Watching the replay when he hits her she actually wobbles on to the rail but then she got going and she absolutely flew. She quickened up better than anything. To win that race by six lengths is great. I’d say we’ll put her away for the year. We’ll talk to Patrick Cooper, who bought her, and see what happens. She got seven furlongs there and we might look at some sort of (classic) trial in the spring. The (It’s All About The Girls) syndicate has been going for ten years now. They had a lunch before racing a lot of them are here today.

Naas Sat, 10th Oct, 2026  Storm Ready He’s still learning. He’s a nice horse and he’s just learning all the time. Shane thought he was going to win easily, but he just pricked his ears. You love to see that, which is great. I presume we’ll go back to a mile. We’ll have a look and see. He might have one more run before the end of the year. He has a great attitude and a great mind, everything. He relaxed there, and he learnt a lot in Listowel. He had to, as he had a wide draw and had to get bustled around. He just does things easily enough, so I’m delighted with him.

Listowel Mon, 21st Sep, 2026  The Austrian He is a nice horse, and the penny only dropped with him late on at the Curragh the last day,. He was still a bit green today, but travelled better through the race, although the track probably didn't suit him. Hopefully he will step up into Listed company, and he is one for next year.

Listowel Mon, 21st Sep, 2026  Storm Ready He is a nice horse who had a great prep from Jim Ryan, who takes care of John Kirkland’s horses, and will only go on improving,.
