Willie Mullins' Looking For Eight was sent off Evens favourite as the champion trainer went for a five-timer on the Thurles card in the concluding Ryans Cleaning Flat Race, but the full-brother to Sortudo proved disappointing as he could manage only third behind the easy winner Bon Bon Fizz. He is light-framed - like a lot of Pour Mois, and has a light pedigree but is a really, really good horse. I've only had him five months but the minute he came to me and, with the work he was doing, he shouldn't have been doing it, so I knew he was good. I thought he couldn't be beaten in a point-to-point but he made a bad mistake and later fell at the last. He then had a good run here the last day, when he again fell at the last when he probably would have finished second. He is green but has loads of ability and just needed days into him. I think he is a good, good horse and his owners, who are very good supporters of mine, sell their stock. . I have some nice horses at present and him and (hurdles winner) Rebel Budz are my two best ones.
