Sun, 8th Nov, 2026  It was a good performance without being efficient. He has a lot to improve on with his jumping, I was only happy with one hurdle — the last hurdle,. I thought he settled better and he’s learning to race more at jumping pace rather than at Flat pace. It’s a project that will have to improve, but he’s coming the right way. W P Mullins

He looks to have a serious engine and I’ve never opened the throttle, Paul hasn’t either. It’s no good having an engine if you can’t jump, he has to learn. He has a good bit of learning to do in that department. We’ll look at the Royal Bond but Christmas might be better, it just gives more time for us to get through to him about his jumping. Wed, 23rd Sep, 2026  It was a nice performance, he was very keen,. I feel sorry for the second there because our fella should have won his hurdle before this, but we didn’t get an opportunity to run him over hurdles. He looks better than what you should be meeting down here. It was unfortunate that we didn’t get a run into him and we saw what happened then in the Ebor, he ran too free. He was a little bit of that today as well, but he’ll learn. I think the hurdles will help him to steady up and teach him a bit more about settling and racing properly. I’ll see where I go, he has some nice Flat entries and there are novice hurdles too. I hate missing their novice hurdle year. W P Mullins
