FormscanBy Gary Carson - TAMLOUGH BOY should prove hard to beat here. This looks significant drop in grade for him after posting some good efforts in strong maiden hurdles. He bumped into a smart sort in Drumconnor Lad at Fairyhouse last time, when just going down by half a length, and this looks an easier task. Carrigmoorna Matt was a big price on his hurdling debut at Cork last month but ran a big race to chase home Sunchyme and that was an improvement on what he had shown in a couple of bumper starts. The point-to-point graduate is probably better suited to this game and given that there is scope for further improvement he looks the danger. Monotype has some decent placed form over timber and off a mark of 116 he is entitled to be thereabouts in a race of this standard. Hickey's Rock has collected prize-money on all five of his starts and is another who could reach the frame.%0A
