FormscanBy Michael Graham - EZIYRA's third place in the Irish Oaks is the standout piece of form here. Although she didn't threaten, there was little lost in defeat as the winner Enable is clearly special after beating her elders at Royal Ascot. Eziyra gets the chance to fly the flag for the Classic generation against four older horses here. With a rating of 107, she is very much the horse to beat. Wild Irish Rose is interesting. She has an abundance of stamina as proven in a mile and six contest at Leopardstown. The Galileo filly looks a solid each-way option but has plenty to find with the selection, being rated a stone inferior yet racing here off level weights. Among the older horses, Santa Monica could go well. She has won over this course and distance in the Group Three Munster Oaks and this is a drop in class for her after finishing unplaced in the Group One Pretty Polly at the Curragh last month. A price of 16/1 looks on the large side for each-way punters.
