The French import has always looked the type to prosper over fences and jumped well at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting before being caught close home by stablemate Easy Game. He can be expected to progress from the run. A slight concern could be an occasional tendency to jump left although he’s already shown a high level of form going right-handed. Walk Away made a bright start to the campaign when beating all bar Faugheen at Punchestown before a race ending mistake after halfway at Leopardstown. The point-to-point winner rates a threat along with Early Doors. The latter scored three times over hurdles including the Martin Pipe at Cheltenham last year and has filled the runner-up spot on both chase starts this term. Advantage Point was still in front when a faller two out at Thurles while School Boy Hours is another that needs to brush up his jumping.
