We're delighted. She's a tough honest filly and Connor gave her a great ride. It was very straightforward. It was a lot to ask to come back for three races in just over a week but it's just testament to her honesty. We'll just see how she progresses now in the handicap. Although she runs in Ger's (fellow trainer Lyons) colours, there's three of us involved, Ger, Eddie Lynam and myself . we all own an equal third. We bought three fillies at the sale for the Muppets Syndicate and Ger's won last year, there's this one and Eddie's hasn't made it to the track but we won't hold that against him . much! Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 5lb extra for each race won Any horse rated above 70 shall initially be treated as having that rating and the highest weight allotted shall be 9st 12lb. Subsequently, the excess over 70 in any rating shall be added to the weight allotted to that horse
