FormscanBy Mark Nunan - Carrarea defied a penalty to make it two from two at Roscommon a few days ago and that one’s trainer, Emmet Mullins, can land another bumper with the debutant LAHINCH THREE. The young Carlow trainer has had a fine strike-rate in this type of race over the last few seasons and the Beat Hollow gelding may add to that here. Pat Doyle had two very smart winners in this sphere last term and Bamileke Des Noes merits respect on his first appearance, as does Peten, whose dam was a prolific winner on the Flat. Of those with experience, Bowtie showed more when second at this course a week ago and Punchestown third Watergrange Jack might improve for better ground. Florey Spud went close over 2m4f at Gowran last summer but may need further and has been off since September.%0A%0A
