He filled the runner-up spot on his most recent start at Ballinrobe, and another good effort can be expected from him now. Jim Bolger won this race in 2014 and 2015, and he is represented by Nightly Wailing. This son of Vocalised hasn't shown much in three starts to date, but a much improved performance here would come as no surprise. Buffalo Blues has some decent efforts to his name, and he can't be ruled out, while the Ken Condon duo of Future Frontier and A Place Apart complete the line-up.
