FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - I'll take SHANESHILL over Ballyoisin here. I was present when both of these debuted in point-to-points back in the day, and Ballyoisin definitely put up the more memorable performance when triumphant in the style of a future star at Belclare in March 2015. Shaneshill was only third at Bennettsbridge in February 2013 but he's gone on to be a good horse since, winning eight since joining Willie Mullins from Colin McKeever. Both horses have had their ups and downs along the way but Shaneshill ran well the last day when third behind Faugheen in the Champion Stayers Hurdle at Punchestown and that should leave him in a good place to launch a strong attack here. Shaneshill was having his first start since the John Durkan then, and hopefully his jumping will hold up back over fences now.
