FormscanBy Alan Magee - TARA DYLAN won three times on the Flat, including at the Galway Festival, back in 2016. The Dylan Thomas mare has been generally campaigned over hurdles in the past 18 months, notably when staying on nicely behind Cliff House in a Leopardstown handicap and now takes a significant drop in class after competing in a valuable handicap at the Fairyhouse Easter meeting. Sligo bumper winner Sunrise Lady has plenty of experience over hurdles and looks capable of winning a modest mares’ maiden, while My Midnight made the frame in a similar event at Sligo a fortnight ago and has scope for further improvement. Penny Out has shown some promise in bumpers including behind Gypsy Island in a Listed event at Fairyhouse, while it is interesting to note that Assertive Lady is a half-sister to the aforementioned Gypsy Island and wasn’t disgraced in a Ballinrobe bumper last month.
