FormscanBy Gary Carson - BAIE DES ILES looks the pick at the weights here and also comes into the race in winning form which looks a big plus. She galloped her rivals into the ground in the National Trial at Punchestown earlier in the month and a similar performance would make her hard to beat. She is on similar terms here with Roi Des Francs, who has to give weight away to the field. Pleasant Company looks an obvious contender, and he ran well on his return in the Thyestes to finish fourth. He is rated just 2lb higher than the selection now, though, and has to give her half a stone. Wounded Warrior is joint top-rated in the field and didn't run too badly when sixth in the Thyestes. He's entitled to be thereabouts at this level. Gold Cup winner Lord Windermere is also off a mark of 150 now. He was never sighted in the Lexus last time and would need to leave that run well behind.
