FormscanBy Michael Graham - This could be a trappy contest as none of the four runners tend to dictate from the front. DOWNFORCE didn't fire on his seasonal reappearance when last of nine in Naas but he will love this punishing ground which is half the battle in a small field. He is joint-highest rated on a mark of 108 with Son Of Rest and they race off level weights. In theory it should be very close between the pair, especially as Son of Rest also likes a good dig in the ground. However, he has been priced up odds on while Downforce is 9/4 so the value appears to lie with the latter. G Force faces a very tough task at these weights, on a mark of 95, but did finish a place ahead of Son Of Rest in that race in Naas (fourth and fifth). Son Of Rest has a 3lb pull for a two and a half length beating. Flawlessly has it all to do on ratings and on the ground.
