However she has been off the track since landing the Jockey Club Stakes at Newmarket four months ago and, while certainly the pick of these over 1m4f on good ground, may just find this trip a bit sharp. Ryan Moore has elected to partner Rain Goddess, and the runner-up at this venue in both the Pretty Polly and Oaks gained a deserved Group 3 success over 1m1f here a fortnight ago. This looks a much stronger renewal than the one SHAMREEN won 12 months ago but ten furlongs and cut in the ground suits her really well. The well documented problems within the Weld yard this year has led to a very light campaign but she warmed up for this with a convincing win in the Royal Whip Stakes over course and distance last month. Sea Of Grace was a smart juvenile for John Oxx, and is an interesting contender here upped in trip following a smooth Listed win at Haydock.
