FormscanBy Michael Graham - This is a race that Aidan O'Brien has dominated and he's strongly represented in this year's renewal by the front three in the betting. The trio of NELSON, Delano Roosevelt and The Pentagon came home first, second and third respectively in the Ballysax over course and distance last month and Nelson can do the same again. He looked a strong stayer over course and distance, when challenged in the final furlong by Delano Roosevelt, and had to do all the work from the front. There was half a length between the pair with The Pentagon eight and a half lengths further away. The latter is likely to be much closer on this quicker ground, though. He is rated 112, the same as Nelson while Delano Roosevelt has a mark of 108. Of the remainder, The King's form catches the eye. He wasn't beaten too far by Mendelssohn on debut and then comfortably won at Gowran Park in September. The runner-up, Imaging, has been busy boosting the form including at Listed level in Naas last Monday.
