The ten-year-old selection was off the track for over a year, returning to action at Galway on Friday where he finished second to Renneti on the level. That effort should leave him spot on for this assignment, and with Ruby Walsh in the saddle he can be expected to go close. The Game Changer has been very disappointing so far this year, but he put in an improved performance to finish thirteen of twenty in the Galway Hurdle last Thursday. He had been running over fences before that, and a return to the smaller obstacles may bring about a revival in his fortunes. Four time course winner Mighty Whitey was successful at Carlisle on his last start, and it'll be interesting to see how he fares against these higher rated rivals. Kilcarry Bridge was disappointing on his penultimate start at Sligo, and so he is opposed. Adimelo makes his debut for Mark McNiff, and he has his first run over hurdles here since June of last year.
