FormscanBy Donal Murphy - I'll take a bit of a chance here on AHERLOW. The Henry De Bromhead trained gelding ran a fine race on his debut at Fairyhouse last month, finishing sixth in the race won by Drumconnor Lad. He had subsequent Ballinrobe winner Coolmeen Hill a place behind him in seventh, and he can be expected to come on plenty for that run. UK import Vanishing Point filled the runner-up spot on his first two efforts over flights, and he is likely to go off a worthy favourite with Davy Russell booked to ride. Conna Cross has been placed six times on his ten starts to date, and another good effort looks likely from him as he reverts back to maiden company. Louie The Second has some useful bits of form to his name, and he can't be ruled out. Walkers Point has been ultimately disappointing since his bumper win at Cork in 2015, and he is overlooked.
