FormscanBy Tom Weekes - SALSARETTA gives away 3lbs to her three rivals but should prove good enough. A smart type at her best, her novice hurdle career was a little underwhelming but she has bounced back to form in winning her two chase starts this season. She comes here in excellent form with ground in her favour and while her best form has been over slightly shorter trips, today's 2m6f distance should also suit her nicely. Caravation is herself a capable type who also comes here in excellent form. She was a useful hurdler, has already proven herself equally useful over fences and while she is capable of better than she showed in a handicap chase at Naas last month, she nonetheless should struggle to beat the selection on best form. Moskovite has also reached the mid-120s over hurdles and fences but was well held on her latest two hurdle starts and might struggle to win this while Victoria Bay finished behind Caravation, which disappointed on the day, at Naas in January and needs to return to her best form, from August/September to have any chance today.
