Okay, so the St Jovite chestnut is limited, but he's still only a five-year-old and you'd hope that the scope is there for Christy Roche to get a couple of wins out of him along the way. I'm sure that fall that the selection took at Tipperary back in July was no help to him, and he ran in keeping with that view next time at Roscommon. There wasn't much wrong with his effort over this course and distance though, behind his stable companion Finding Touch, when third on September 8th. A repeat of that effort should see the well-related Neddyvaughan very much involved. Others for the short-list are Goldflinch, Cloudy Morning, Granny Biddy and Bellas Rock.
