FormscanBy Michael Graham - John Oxx looks to have found a good opportunity for AGENT ZIGZAG to get off the mark. The four-year-old gelding has a couple of placed efforts to his name and was only beaten by a neck at Cork earlier in the month. He is improving with each run and ought to account for his six rivals. Better ground could aid Dream Focus who was fifth on debut at Cork. Dragon Phoenix ran a cracker at 66/1 when third in Cork at the back end of last season. He was a beaten favourite when fourth on his reappearance at Limerick in April (a place behind Agent Zigzag) so has a bit to prove now. Hawthorn Echo was looking exposed after four unplaced efforts in bumpers and a further three in maidens at Dundalk but she then performed very well to be second at 66/1 in Limerick. That was the race Agent Zigzag and Dragon Phoenix took third and fourth in respectively. Oxx's Agent Zigzag looks to have improved from then as he was a close second in Cork next-time out so the question is whether Hawthorn Echo has progressed. Her chance has to be respected.
