He won a point-to-point last year and we took him to Musselburgh for better ground. We were going to go back over to Ayr but we got word that the ground was heavy there. He came out of Musselburgh really well and we wanted to run him again but he is more of a summer horse really. The ground there was on the slow side for him but he showed he can battle. A hurdle race for four yrs old and upwards, maidens at starting
Weights - 4-y-o 11st; 5-y-o and up 11st 12lb; Mares allowed 7lb
Allowances - Horses that have not won a *race if 4-y-o allowed 5lb if 5-y-o and up 8lb *Including flat races under any National Hunt Rules or Rules of Racing.
Riders - Confined to Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (iii). Allowances (which are not cumulative, up to and including 4th March) who have not ridden the winner of a **race allowed 4lb Those who have not ridden the winners of 5 **races allowed 2lb These allowances are not cumulative and no allowance to riders under Rule 52 (iii) may be claimed.
