Search For A Song It’s a very special win on a very special and emotional day. We’re having wonderful horse racing but I’m very proud of our industry the way we are supporting Pat Smullen and cancer research. This has been a very special race for me over the years and it’s the eighth time I’ve won it. She was running very free early on and he’d a hard call to make. I was happy he made the right call because I didn’t want to see him spend the rest of the race trying to settle her. I know how well she stays so I wasn’t too worried. There is a lot of stamina there as her brother is Falcon Eight. She was very fit and very well and often horses that run that free will relax when they get to the front.

Tarnawa This has been a lucky race for us and Chris gave her a good tactical ride. The plan was to kick for home early as she gets a mile and a half. We’ll see how she comes out of this race and the Fillies And Mares race at Champions day would be a logical progression. She is a filly that I would look forward to training as a four-year-old and she is very adaptable ground wise.

Kastasa We were very hopeful in a very competitive handicap,. He rode her exactly as I thought he would. He got her into a lovely rhythm, Leopardstown takes a bit of getting, and he took his time, steady progress, came with a lovely run and gave her a lovely ride. She's a big filly and she's progressed all the time. This is her fourth win from five runs this year and she's getting better all the time. I've actually made an entry for her at Group 3 level so it's in my mind that this filly has the potential to go on now and campaign at stakes level from now on. I have her in the two-mile Loughbrown Stakes at the Curragh in about three weeks time. Her class is just winning for her over shorter distances but I believe when she goes a mile-and-six or two miles that she'll be very comfortable at that as well. Her real potential is next year, and maybe the year after, but certainly next year is when she is going to develop into that big frame of hers. She's a lovely consistent filly. She's a very straight-forward filly, she doesn't take a lot of work, she likes to be fresh and she's just an improving filly.

Bashiyr he did it well. He ran a good race first time out here and followed it up there with a nice performance. He's tough and he's genuine, he's a nice horse. He put his head down and battled well. We wanted to see how we got on here today before making a decision where we go with him. We'll see how he comes out of the race before seeing where we go.

Jassaar I think Andrew has ridden seven winners from 18 rides for me,. Of course he won the big handicap here on Guineas weekend on the same horse. Everything went to plan, he always travelled there nicely. He just didn't handle the track in Galway. We've no definite plans. We'll see how he comes out of the race before making a decision where we go with him. The seven-furlong handicap (Sovereign Path) in Leopardstown is probably the race for him. I think he showed enough pace there for it and that would be the logical place.

Kastasa We were very happy with her, she's progressive,. She won well in Sligo the last day and this was a step up in grade again and she's won nicely going to the line. Where she goes from here I'm not entirely sure but she's a filly that deserves a crack at a decent handicap now in the autumn. We'll see how she comes out of the race and see how we go then. She stays well, is honest, genuine, tough and only does what she has to do. She's a lovely filly and hopefully there is more to come from her.
