Peregrine Run Everyone will be thrilled with him. Everyone in the yard is massively involved with him. To go and win 17 races is unbelievable. He is a credit to everyone. He idled a bit going down to the last and then he picked up a bit from the back of it. That's him, I suppose, he doesn't do much when he gets to the front. That's why he is able to run so often. He minds himself too. He got away with it (the ground) today. When I got out of the car and it was raining I was getting a bit disappointed. We have him since a young horse and it's a fair achievement for what he has done. I think he is not finished winning yet. He'll definitely have an entry for the Galway Plate, but come Galway midweek the ground always gets a bit soft for him and he is going to probably have top weight this year.

Soaring Monarch I rode him in Dundalk last year, he is a big tall horse and is still a little bit raw. There was always going to be plenty improve and he handled that ground well and travelled into it well. You'd be happy with that.

Palabres She works very well at home,. She started favourite on her first two starts for Ger (Lyons). Eamon Leigh picked her up from Patrick Cooper. We thought she'd run better last year but she dropped down the ladder and got her chance with the handicapper. She won today and we'll hopefully find something similar for her. There is another day in her hopefully. It's great to get a winner early on in the season. She has loads of pace and she's a brilliant work horse at home. I was coming here today thinking if she didn't run well there was something wrong. She disappointed us loads of time on the track so it's brilliant to get a win out of her.
