Thiswaycadeaux The visor made a difference and she loves an ease in the ground. She’s a tough hardy mare. She was drawn horribly wide and has been putting on weight all year. Only a few of us are meant to be doing that and it’s not her!. I’m delighted for Amanda (wife and owner) at home looking after the horses and she will be happy this evening. I have the fillies handicap in the Curragh (on Irish Derby day) in mind for her. I took Liquid Amber out of the Guineas. The ground is going to be too quick for her and I think she needs a trip. Mary Tudor is after growing again and we will just take our time with her.

Bloomfield We'll go back down for the Munster Oaks at Cork which closed today. I was hoping for a bit better ground to see what she's like as she's only ever run on soft ground. She has a big knee action and I'd like to see her on better ground to see how she gets on,. Billy wants to go further as all she does is gallop. She settled nicely there but he thought she could settle a bit more. She doesn't have that much experience and is learning the whole time.

Tammy Wynette It's nice to get a first winner for Frank Fahy. She has plenty of ability,. She's in Monday in a Listed race at Naas over five-and-a-half. We'll have a think about that but we have to get over this hurdle first (steward's enquiry). She was very smart out. Five is a tiny bit short for her, ideally she wants six or seven. She'll hop off good ground in the summer, if we ever get summer ground!
