Formscan By Stuart Howden - PURVIEW shaped like a potentially high-class colt when second to subsequent Eclipse hero Delacroix in the Derby Trial here and the son of Kingman should be open to any amount of improvement on just his third start. Dropping back from 1m2f looks like a good move and he is narrowly preferred to the top-rated Galen, who landed a Group 3 at the Curragh in April and since finished a fine second in the Wolferton at Royal Ascot. Expanded has yet to rediscover his two-year-old form, which saw him narrowly denied in the Dewhurst, while Snellen looks to build upon an excellent second in the Kensington Palace.
