The Stewards fined P.D. Deegan, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Suelou, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Rule 196(v) and having considered his recent record in this regard, fined him ?400.
