Sat, 28th Feb, 2026  He’s very gutsy and going the right way over fences. He was stepping into a graded race and has won a lot of prize-money. He picked up and galloped, so we are very happy. He did get through the ground, but Jack (Kennedy) said he struggled on it. He won’t go to Cheltenham, we might look at Fairyhouse or Aintree all being well. Gordon Elliott

After race at Navan Sat, 28th Feb, 2026 (1st)  Jacob’s Ladder was stepping into a graded race and he has now won a lot of prize money (adding today’s €21,000). He was very gutsy and is going the right way over fences. He picked up and galloped, so we are very happy. He did get through the ground, although Jack said he struggled on it. After race at Leopardstown Mon, 2nd Feb, 2026 (1st)  We were very happy with his run in Punchestown the last day. I was a bit worried about the ground being so soft but I’m happy, it was a good performance. I was happy the whole way, he looked comfortable the whole way. Jack got him in a lovely rhythm. I’d imagine he’ll go straight now for a handicap at Cheltenham, all being well. Gordon Elliott

After race at Navan Sat, 18th Jan, 2025 (1st)  We were slow at the last and the leader had good form. He is a nice horse and he won a bumper (at Down Royal) well. He was disappointing obviously in the bumper at Punchestown. Jumping is going to be his game. He has gears and is a good honest horse. We will get him home and see where we are.
