it is great to get that win out of him as we were very disappointed at Tramore but I feel he didn't handle the track and never got going. I told Conor (Stone Walsh) to get him out handy today and keep him on the outer to give him as much light as he could. He has plenty ability but keeps a little for himself so I told Conor to be as positive as he could. He is a summer horse, that's his ideal ground and is a nice horse to have. It is great to get a winner for Robcour.

James has gone to the point-to-point in Tinahely and rang me on the way down and said there were a couple of excuses for his last few runs. He thought he'd go close, said he'd take beating so was spot on. He was lazy and was probably just doing enough although he had form over further so was always likely to stay going. . I got the ride through my agent Garry Cribbin and it's my first time riding for James.
