He is a nice horse and we were trying to get him into a race before today,. He (Barry O'Neill) said he felt strong, good and quickened well and said he knew his job. Mr.J.J. Codd stated that he was in front all the way and didn't suffer any interference. Mr.P.W. Mullins stated that he was on the outside the whole way and only felt minimal pressure from his inside. Mr.P. Byrnes stated that he went for a gap when he got slight pressure from his inside but was not going well enough to hold his place. Mr.J.L

Gleeson stated that he had to check when going for a gap. Mr.S.E. O'Rourke stated that he got pushed out by a horse on his inside. Mr.B. O'Neill stated that a gap opened which he took and felt only a little pressure from his inside. T.Joseph Kelly stated that he had to take a check because the gap in front of him closed. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges placings and took no further action
