He's a very consistent horse and I thought Conor gave him a lovely ride,. He got him into a lovely rhythm which is important around here to get them balanced. He took a valuable 5lb off him. He's in the July Sales next week. He's been a good servant to us and I'm sure he'll be as good to the next person. He's a lovely solid horse, dead genuine and tries hard. That is a good trip and ground for him. He's straight-forward to train. He's been very good to us. I think Conor is a very good rider and great value for his 5lb. It's just hard to give everyone opportunities and it's nice to get him another winner.

He was dropped a few pounds and we decided to claim five off him with Conor who gave him a very good ride. He kept it simple and is good value for his claim. The ground was too quick and the trip too far at Cork.

It''s nice to win with him. His form entitled him to win and he done it,. They went good and hard, he got towed into the race nicely and picked up and won well. It's good to have Shane back in good form as well. He loves that surface so we'll see if we can find something else for him here or else we'll wait for the grass to dry out a bit. He's a lovely straight forward horse. The handicapper mightn't stir him a whole lot as the horse that was second tonight, he beat him further the last night. He's a nice horse, he's tough, and he'll probably step up in trip in time.
