Shane Crimin gave Black Zero a fine ride as the pair made all in the TJ Reid & Ashgrove Stables Handicap Hurdle at GowranSat 19th Mar
He was unlucky not to win a bumper, and has had a couple of good runs over hurdles. I was going to wait another few weeks for nicer ground but when this race came up we had to take our chance. I’d imagine he will go back for a handicap, and he is also a novice until November. He’ll make a nice chaser and jumps very well. He’s probably a bit better going right-handed.
Robert Tyner
