Fri, 21st Aug, 2026  I remember this used to be the Carling-sponsored Gold Cup back in the Tralee days, and it was a famous race to win,. I never even had a runner in it and when it was moved from Tralee, it just lost its buzz. . This is lovely though, and Micheal has been with me up-and-down with different horses since my father died in 1990. Aside from Micheal, I only have JP (McManus) and Mrs Moran's kids as owners nowadays, and he is a great fella. . She has €180,000 won in prize money and is a right little mare, but I made a mistake to go jumping fences with her. She jumps them, but doesn't take them on. . The ground in Galway was unraceable for Flat horses by the time she got to run, and in fairness to Chris Hayes, he looked after her. She could run in the November Handicap. T M Walsh

After race at Killarney Tue, 14th Jul, 2026 (1st)  She’s a right little mare. She stays well and handles that two miles. The ground wouldn’t want to be any quicker for her,. She’d want an ease in it but it’s safe. Colin Keane rang me last night, because he had ridden her in Cork, and said the ground was as safe as you’d like and you could run anything on it. If she reproduced her Leopardstown run she’d be hard to beat. She’s not totally in love with jumping a fence. She jumps it but she doesn’t attack it. She’ll go to Galway, whatever she gets in to. If she got into the big amateur handicap she’d run in it but if not there is a two mile handicap for her. T M Walsh

After race at Leopardstown Thu, 18th Jun, 2026 (1st)  Her runs were good enough to suggest be there or thereabouts. This time last year, she was fourth in it behind two good horses, Royal Hollow and McManus's good horse (A Dream To Share). Could have been second. She might win a two-mile handicap on the Flat. She's just not mad about fences. There is a difference between jumping and attacking. She doesn't just attack a fence - she jumps it, but she doesn't attack it. You need to do that especially in the summertime. T M Walsh

After race at Leopardstown Thu, 28th Dec, 2023 (1st)  It's great to win, Leopardstown is a special place and I've had a lot of luck here over the years with some very good horses,. She's a good tough little mare, she's owned and bred by Michael Ryan. He had the dam and Harzand is a good stallion. She ran up against Barry's horse (Espanito Bello) at Naas. She's only five and whether she runs at Cheltenham (20/1 for the Pertemps Final with Powers) is a question mark, we have the option now if we want to go. T M Walsh

After race at Leopardstown Sun, 5th Mar, 2023 (1st)  she had a good run here at Christmas over a trip which was a bit short for her and had a good run the last day when she would have finished fifth, but got mangled at the last. He dam was placed in the Queen Alexandra Stakes over two-six and won a November Handicap here over two miles so she's bred to get five miles! . Michael (Ryan, owner) will be mad to go to Liverpool and there is a conditional jockeys' race there for her, maybe she'll run in that. T M Walsh

After race at Tipperary Thu, 30th Jun, 2022 (1st)  she was entitled to do that with her runs and is a well bred filly out of a mare (Elyaadi) that stayed well and was second in the Ascot Stakes and Queen Alexandra Stakes at Royal Ascot for John Queally. She is a half-sister to (stablemate winners) Dewcup and Minnie Dahill and Micheal (Ryan) bred them all. She is a lovely mare and loved the ground. I'm not a big bumper person so she will go jumping hurdles now. She wants a trip, she is bred that way, and she'd win a two-mile flat maiden. She is a lovely sweet mare who jumps a hurdle well.
