Navan Sat, 17th Jan, 2026  Zanoosh She's as tough as old boots, and seems to handle the soft ground. We are delighted and she is only learning the game. She is still a novice and is still unexposed. She seems to be improving the whole time. We'll see where we go, we'll have a chat with the lads again and see. There's a mares' race back here in three weeks that will probably be an option as well. We'll see how she comes out of it.

Naas Mon, 15th Dec, 2025  Shellrunforbriggs Maurice Sheehan is part of the syndicate and the horse is named after his brother Danny, whose nickname was Briggs, and who passed away last year so there is plenty of emotion involved. She’s progressing from race to race, and we don’t know how good she is. She was finishing strong the last day in Fairyhouse, and she loves soft ground. She’ll jump a fence.

She seems to go on the ground, there was no hiding place there. We’ll try and find a little handicap for her. We’ll see what he gives her and take baby steps.

Navan Sat, 6th Dec, 2025  Road Exile He gave him a great ride, the horse has a great attitude and is very honest. He stays going very well. To be honest, it was a Grade 1 - there was no hiding place and I imagine he’ll run next during Christmas.

Listowel Tue, 23rd Sep, 2025  Cristal Clere He is a horse we initially schooled over jumps, but dragged his back and then Seanie (Bowen, nephew and UK-based Flat jockey) was wanting a horse to ride at Dundalk, so we went on the Flat with him. For a horse we bought to go to Belharbour, he is alright and has been very lucky for us. If ever a horse deserved to win a Listed race, it was him as he had been knocking on the door and he also put Seanie on the map. He has given us great days. He got stuck in the ground here yesterday and just isn't as competitive with horses around him. He is like me as he likes to get things his own way!. We have had a lot of winners in Listowel over the years, when you could get money off bookmakers. It is a mighty track.
